Sarah Jo Fuson is accused with 2 counts that on January 9, 2023 in Tennessee unlawfully, intentionally or knowingly and other than by accidental means did treat a child 8 years of age or less in such a manner as to inflict serious bodily injury to said child. On Monday, January 9 Mr and Mrs Hyde, the parents of one-year-old Olivia placed Olivia in the care of the Tyler Town Learning Center in Clarksville while they went to work. It was Olivia's first day in the classroom for one-year-old's. That evening Mr and Mrs Hyde noticed bruising on Olivia's arms but over the course of the next 7 to 10 days it was discovered that Olivia had suffered a fractured skull, allegedly while at the hands of Sarah Jo Fuson. It is claimed that the injury was not an accident. The Tyler Town Learning Center reviewed camera footage and discovered that Sarah Jo Fuson, who had been responsible for six one-year-old children, had mistreated Olivia so the Children's Services and the Police were informed. The defense argue that while at times her treatment may have looked rough, it was not intentional. |
