Justin Golden was driving with a female passenger and an 8-month-old baby when he got into an argument with the woman. He took the child out of the car before leaving the scene hitting the infant with his vehicle. The baby ended up dying, and Golden was taken into custody on charges that included aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide.
