Haily Jordan Brown was charged with Vehicular Homicide by Intoxication, Vehicular Homicide by Recklessness, and Driving under the influence. On October 3, 2020 Jason Brown, Haily Brown's fiancé, died in a crash of a vehicle driven by Haily Brown. Before the crash they had attended the Octoberfest in downtown Dixon, Tennessee.
