Glenn Anthony Davis was accused in the killing of an incoming Muskegon Heights school board member. He is charged with open murder of Julius Muhammad, who was shot and killed at his Muskegon Heights home in December 2022. Davis was the boyfriend of Muhammad's ex-wife. Davis was driven to Muhammad's home by longtime friend Dimitrius Moffett the night of the shooting. Davis instructed Moffett where to drop him off and where to park the vehicle. After the shooting, Davis returned to the vehicle and the two drove away. Moffett was charged with accessory after the fact to a felony for his alleged role in the homicide.
