Andrea Shaw is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of her 18-month-old twins. The twins were found dead in a shared bed on May 1, 2025. Days after the two children, a boy and a girl, were found dead, Shaw and her husband appeared on a podcast produced by Children's Health Defense, an anti-vaccine organization formerly led by current U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. On the podcast, Shaw suggested that the twins got sick and died shortly after they received three vaccinations. However, following an investigation Shaw was accused of suffocating her 18-month-old twins.
