KUWAIT: Speaking at a press conference, Chairman of the Kuwait Association for Basic Elements of Human Rights, Dr Yousef Al-Sager, \u00a0stressed that developments in protecting human rights have led to considerable changes in NGOs\u2019 working patterns. \u00a0In collaboration with the UN\u2019s Human Rights Commission in the Middle East the association will hold a workshop on following up UN recommendations on human rights today at its headquarters.<\/p>\n
