Dashing down the road in a one-man open sleigh, these two fancy-dressed jokers landed themselves on the police’s naughty list.<\/p>\n
The footage was filmed in Elderslie, Scotland, and shows someone in a reindeer costume dragging a sleigh down the road, with another man dressed as Santa sitting inside it.<\/p>\n
David Haughie, who captured the footage, is pulled over on the side of the road and has his camera pointed at the traffic on the opposite side, which is at a standstill.<\/p>\n
Suddenly, a shadowy figure can be seen moving very slowly on his side on his side.\u00a0 As it gets closer to the camera, it becomes evident that it is a person donned in a full Rudolph mascot outfit, towing Father Christmas in a rickshaw.\u00a0 The police van lets out a singular precautionary screech of its sirens, but the pair take no notice and continue to run down the highway.\u00a0\u00a0 A passing lorry gives the vehicle, which is fully decorated in tinsel, a beep of its horn in recognition, as police continue the low-speed pursuit at the end of the clip, which Mr Haughie uploaded to Facebook with the caption ‘Deadly police chase.’<\/p>\n
