In a 5-2 ruling Thursday, the Arkansas Supreme Court justices denied a petition to rehear a ruling blocking\u00a0the state from counting any votes cast for medical marijuana Issue 7. \u00a0 The court ruled last week that the campaign behind the measure did not follow state law regarding paid canvassers. The ruling comes after thousands of votes had already been cast for next week\u2019s election.<\/p>\n
