Thursday.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s the first time Junior\u2019s mother will face all of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newyork.cbslocal.com\/2018\/09\/17\/police-make-14th-arrest-in-justiceforjunior-teen-killing-case\/\">her son\u2019s alleged killers<\/a>\u00a0in court.\u00a0\u00a0She got emotional when the first defendant was called up, causing a court officer to remind the gallery against outbursts in court, CBS2\u2019s Dave Carlin reported.\u00a0\u00a0Prosecutors say the suspects are all\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newyork.cbslocal.com\/2018\/07\/12\/cuomo-unveils-anti-gang-initiatives\/\">alleged members of the Trinitarios street gang<\/a>and are responsible for his gruesome death.\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newyork.cbslocal.com\/2018\/06\/29\/trinitarios-attacks-new-york-city-junior\/\">Back in June<\/a>, police say\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newyork.cbslocal.com\/2018\/06\/22\/fatal-bronx-stabbing-persons-of-interest\/\">Junior was dragged from a Belmont bodega and stabbed repeatedly<\/a>\u00a0in a case of mistaken Cabrarasantos, 25; Kevin Alvarez, 19; Elvin Garcia, 23; Antonio Rodriguez Hernandez Santiago, 24; Manuel Rivera, 18; Danel Fernandez, 21; Jonaiki Martinez Estrella, 24; Jose Muniz, 22; Jose Tavarez, 21; Danilo Payamps Pacheco, 21; Diego Suero, 29; Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion, 26; Luis Cabrera Santos, AKA Luis Rodriguez, 25; and Ronald Ure\u00f1a, 29.<\/p>\n<p>Most are charged with second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, second-degree conspiracy, first-degree gang assault, second-degree gang assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, five of the suspects \u2013 Garcia, Rodriguez Hernandez Santiago, Rivera and Muniz \u2013 are charged with first-degree murder, including torture.<\/p>\n<p>Guzman-Feliz\u2019s death caught national attention after video was released showing him being dragged out of a Bronx bodega and stabbed with machetes.
