{"id":105,"date":"2016-09-08T05:52:11","date_gmt":"2016-09-08T09:52:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/worldjusticenews.com\/news\/?p=105"},"modified":"2016-09-08T05:52:11","modified_gmt":"2016-09-08T09:52:11","slug":"mother-arrested-for-marrying-daughter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldjusticenews.com\/news\/2016\/09\/08\/mother-arrested-for-marrying-daughter\/","title":{"rendered":"Mother Arrested for Marrying Daughter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A mother\u00a0has been arrested for allegedly marrying her daughter some eight years after marrying\u00a0her own son.<\/p>\n<p>Patricia Spann, 43, wed 25-year-old Misty Spann in March this year in Oklahoma, court records show. \u00a0Police say the couple have been arrested on charges of incest after an investigator discovered their union. \u00a0The arrest affidavit indicates\u00a0that she said the pair, &#8220;hit it off.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Patricia\u00a0apparently listed her last name as &#8216;Clayton&#8217; in her marriage to Misty on March 25. \u00a0\u00a0However, she had listed her name as &#8220;Patricia Ann Clayton Spann&#8221; eight years earlier when she married her son, Jody Spann Jr. \u00a0Patricia and Jody&#8217;s marriage was annulled in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>They are being held in an Oklahoma jail and\u00a0could be imprisoned\u00a0for up to 10 years if convicted of the charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\">A mother\u00a0has been arrested for allegedly marrying her daughter some eight years after marrying\u00a0her own son.
