Ali Hamade and Nour Rabai formed a partnership where each were responsible for 50% of the profits or losses. The partnership was to purchase real estate. Ultimately ten properties were acquired before a decision was made to dissolve the partnership and disperse the partnership funds. There is disagreement about the disbersement amounts due to each partner and a civil lawsuit will decide the amount due to each partner.
