The contentious divorce proceedings between NFL wide receiver Tyreek Hill and his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, continue to escalate as the case moves toward trial in a Florida court. Vaccaro initially filed for divorce in April 2025 following a domestic dispute at their home, ending a marriage that lasted just 17 months. Hill filed legal motions to block Vaccaro from playing two secretly recorded phone conversations for the jury. The calls were recorded by his mother-in-law, Alesia Vaccaro, while Hill was in Florida and she was in Texas. Vaccaro’s unsealed 23-page divorce petition details eight separate incidents of domestic violence, which she claims escalated after she refused to sign a post-nuptial agreement. The allegations include claims that Hill pulled out her hair, spit in her face, and physically restrained her. Vaccaro also accused Hill of witness tampering. She filed motions demanding answers about whether Hill had paid financial consideration to his ex-partner, Crystal Espinal—with whom he shares three children. |
