Shannon Ryan is a self-proclaimed 'witch doctor' and is charged in Broward County, Florida, for the 2020 disappearance and presumed murder of 21-year-old Georgia mother Leila Cavett. Ryan is charged with Second-Degree Murder; Tampering with Physical Evidence; and Child Neglect (Without Great Bodily Harm). Leila Cavett disappeared on July 25, 2020, after travelling from Georgia to South Florida, reportedly to sell her pickup truck to Ryan. The next morning, her two-year-old son was found wandering alone in a diaper at a Miramar, Florida apartment complex. Cavett's body has never been found despite extensive searches of the Monarch Hill Landfill. A gas station surveillance cameras captured Ryan dragging a heavy object wrapped in black garbage bags and throwing away what appeared to be bloodied towels into a dumpster.
