Nicholas Godejohn

Nicholas Godejohn is accused in the killing of Dee Dee Blanchard at the request of her daughter, Gypsy Blanchard in 2015. Gypsy, now Godejohn's ex-girlfriend, already pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. A judge sentenced her to 10 years in prison. Godejohn attorney's argue he was carrying out requests from Gypsy. They also argue Godejohn has autism, which interferes with a person's ability to envision consequences and think ahead.
