A 15-year-old boy has been charged with the manslaughter of Polish man Arkadiusz Jozwik, who was attacked in Essex in August.
The 39-year-old died after an incident outside shops at The Stow in Harlow. He suffered head injuries and died in hospital two days later.
Five other youths who were at the scene will face no further action, the Crown Prosecution Service said.
The 15-year-old will appear at Chelmsford Youth Court on 6 January 2017.
