Marquise Cromer, 21, is accused of fatally shooting a Detroit police sergeant. Charges were added to include first-degree murder and murder of a peace officer after Sgt. Kenneth Steil, a 20-year veteran on the force, died from his wounds. Cromer shot the Detroit police sergeant at gas station during a pursuit on Sept. 12 and died Sept. 17. Sgt. Kenneth Steil was 46.
