Jasmine and her father, Cleveland State men's basketball legend Ken 'Mouse' McFadden are charged in connection with a Father's Day crash that left a 3-year-old girl dead at City Barbeque in Beachwood. Jasmine McFadden is charged with one count of vehicular homicide and two counts of negligent assault. Officials have accused her of driving backward in the City Barbeque parking lot on Chagrin Boulevard 'without a drivers license' on June 21, 2026 when she 'drove over the curb, struck a fence, and then struck several pedestrians seated at a table on the patio,' killing 3-year-old Margot Emmy Miller-Wilkins while she was enjoying Father's Day with her family. Ken McFadden was indicted on a felony charge of obstructing justice and a misdemeanor charge of wrongful entrustment of a motor vehicle. He initially told police he had been driving the vehicle when it struck and killed Margot before officers determined that the statement was inaccurate and that Jasmine McFadden was the actual driver.
