Casey Harmon is charged with two counts of murder and weapons offenses for the November 6, 2023, double murder in which two people were gunned down in a Burton Heights, Michigan neighborhood. Malik Eubanks, 19, and his girlfriend, 20-year-old Anayia Rodriguez were both found dead. Harmon contends Grand Rapids police arrested the wrong person. A gun found by a passerby and a bloody jacket were the key pieces of evidence that led authorities to charge Harmon.
