Caleb Flynn, a former American Idol contestant, was guilty of murdering his wife Ashley. Investigators say that Flynn used a 9mm handgun to shoot 37-year-old Ashley twice in the head while she slept. After shooting his wife, police say Caleb then staged his house to make it appear as if his wife had been killed in a burglary before calling 911. When he called to report the scene, Caleb said the couple's children were asleep in their locked room.
