Beth Ann White was guilty of causing a wreck that killed a mother and her six-month-old child. She was charged with four counts of aggravated DUI. White was accused of hitting and killing Allison Conaway and her son, Alex. Conaway's two daughters were also seriously injured in the crash. According to the state, White was driving while three times above the legal limit. White was charged with DUI three times before this fatal crash.
